FIT GUIDE:

Majority of our shirts and tanks are based on a Men's cut at this time, involving a shorter and trimmer sleeve (Shirt Only) and a slimmer and trimmer fit. However we have started to incorporate Women's cut tanks, as well as a croptop for women. Base your decision on size off of the following measurements. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase and view our Return Policy.

                             

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

fadedBEARD offers a variety of shipping options. All shipping option rates are predetermined flat rates based off calculations from respective shipping carriers. Orders can also be shipped to a different address from the billing address on the section for Shipping Options in the Checkout process.  Online orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is processed and payment is verified. Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped. Transit days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Our customer service hours are 10:00 A.M. to5:00 P.M. (US EST) if you have any questions or issues regarding your package please contact us (customerSERVICE@fadedbeard.com). 

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

USPS First Class Mail: (2-8 business days after ship date)  This option is exclusively offered for stickers, pins, keychains, and small packages (orders less than 14 oz). Tracking information is available.

 UPS Ground: (1-5 business days after ship date) Tracking information is available.

UPS 3 Day Select: (3 business days after ship date) Tracking information is available.

UPS 2nd Day Air: (2 business days after ship date) Tracking information is available.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: (Next business day after ship date) Tracking information is available.

 Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O boxes.

RETURN POLICY:

fadedBEARD does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Returns for exchanges are only acceptable if there has been a mistake in providing you with an incorrect order.  If this is the case, please contact us at customerSERVICE@fadedbeard.com. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (US EST - United States Eastern Standard Time). If we do not respond to your email before 5:00 P.M. US EST, we will respond next business day. 

If you have been in contact with us in regards to having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be included in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 90 days old, no exceptions.

We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.
